Try: Ground Coffee | Apple Cider Vinegar
“Ever thought of rubbing ground coffee and apple cider vinegar on your cellulite spots? Well, this is my secret remedy. First I use ground coffee. I dampen my skin, rub coffee grounds in an upward motion on my cellulite areas, massage and rinse. Then, I use apple cider vinegar. Just pour the vinegar in a bowl, soak hands in it, and massage onto skin. I know it sounds strange, but I have found it to work.”

Try: Young Living Essential Oils
“Pure essential oils are great and healthy for your skin. There are several oils that aid in cellulite reduction. Lemongrass and grapefruit oils are both wonderful oils that help reduce the appearance of cellulite. You apply it topically up to twice a day and watch the cellulite melt away!! Beware of buying imitation products, that say they are “all natural” oils, because they can contain a high amount of olive oil or water. I recommend Young Living products, as they adhere to European Standards. By using essential oils I have visibly reduced the appearance of cellulite, naturally, and without irritation to the skin and cells. It is always best to take a natural approach wherever possible! ”

Try: Bliss Slimulator
“The best weapon in the fight against cellulite is the Bliss Slimulator. The rubber disk features nubs of different shapes and sizes. Use it in the shower with a cellulite scrub or regular body wash. Lather up and then scrub the problem areas in a circular motion. Put some muscle into it; the nubs stimulate circulation and help skin look less puckered. I have found that a lot of cellulite-targeting lotions on the market provide immediate but only temporary results. The effects of the Slimulator are also temporary, though the genius is that it never runs out. Buy one and use it forever, with visible results.”

Try: Nivea Body Sun-Kissed Firming Moisturizer with Ginko Extract and Self Tanner
“About 10 years ago, I read that massaging or ‘kneading’ those areas affected by cellulite can diminish it. It’s now my secret weapon. Every day, while applying my body moisturizer, I give some extra attention to those places cellulite lurks–legs, hips, butt, stomach and upper arms. I truly believe I have less cellulite because of these daily mini-massages. To aid me in my war on cellulite, I use Nivea Body Sun-Kissed Firming Moisturizer with Ginko Extract and Self Tanner. This firming moisturizers subtle bronze glow changes the texture of my skin and my cellulite seems to disappear altogether.”
Shannon, 27, Texas
“This is going to sound crazy because it is so obviously simple that it seems like it cannot possibly work, however, I would suggest that you simply rub it. That’s right, rub it. Rub it like exfoliating the skin. You can do this when you take a shower. I’d swear it works for me. I don’t know the “scientifics” behind it, but I am thinking it works similar to the coffee ground technique I have been hearing about lately. It probably stimulates circulation in the area, preventing the buildup of cellulite. Plus, exfoliation helps keep your entire body looking younger by improving circulation and feeling wonderful by sluffing off all that dead skin and dirt. You don’t even need a wash cloth or anything rough, just your hand. Make sure your skin is slightly dampened then rub your hand over the area back and forth or in circles. You will be amazed at the results.”
