How to Get Rid of Cellulite Cellulite can be an extremely nasty condition, just ask my sister. She had cellulite for years & years and just recently decided to do something about it. Her results were so potent, that they blew me away. I’ve lived with her for years and I know how bad her cellulite was — I mean it was everywhere! When I saw her this past week, I was honestly and truthfully shocked.

Her legs and stomach were as smooth as they could ever be. It looked as though she had cosmetic surgery, but she swears she didn’t. She said she followed a strict routine and was seeing improvements in just a few weeks time. I asked her what cellulite removal steps she took to achieve such incredible results and she gave me a brief outline — I’ve listed it below for your viewing pleasure.

Step 1: Eat Plenty Of Fish, Nuts, And Vegetables

Give up fast food, sugary & processed food, as well as saturated fats. Switch out your typical meals (burgers, mac & cheese, deep fried chicken, corn dogs, meatball heros, etc.) for more fish and fresh vegetables. Instead of eating processed foods and fattening chips for snacks, have a handful or two of nuts. Basically, you just need to switch to a less toxin-filled diet that has fewer non-helpful fats.

Step 2: Exercise Rigorously

Take 30 minutes out of everyday and do some good exercising. Swimming, jogging, running, biking, etc. are great examples of effective cellulite exercises. Do the exercise everyday and gradually increase the intensity of the workout as you go along. Stick to the exercises and your goal of total cellulite removal will be easily reached.

Step 3: Use Creams

An effective cellulite lotion — such as Revitol Cellulite Solution or Bodyshape — can help out quite a bit. Everyday, be it before or after exercise, apply the cream and massage it into the skin. Don’t overdue it or you’ll have to spend an arm and a leg on refilling your anti cellulite cream supply.
