First, I want to start with exercises to get rid of thigh cellulite.

Thigh cellulite is interesting. It’s one of the most embarrassing because you just can’t hide it, it’s so prominent, yet it’s one of the easiest ones to get rid of.

2. Squats: Squats are the best cellulite-blasting exercise. They actually work and help you develop lean muscle in the whole lower body including strengthening the torso. They can be performed at home, with dumbbells, with a rack at the gym, or with no weight at all.

3. Leg Extensions: Leg extensions are an awesome way to focus exclusively on the thighs. You can do them as single leg extensions, you can do them at home with ankle weights, or in a gym at a leg extension machine.

Exercises To Get Rid Of On Back Of Legs:

The back of your leg is called your hamstring (or hammy, as I like to describe it).

This area is usually really underdeveloped, lean muscle-wise, for women who suffer from cellulite.

2. Step Ups: This workout will really burn fat and is a great aerobic workout too.
