Okay, I’ve been working on this for a few weeks now and have done a a fair amount of research as to what works and what doesn’t work. Before I started all this, I was beginning get some cellulite on the back of my thighs (light dimpling) and definitely had some of my stomach, which was (and still is) more noticeable when I “contract” my belly then when I just let it all hang out and don’t keep them tightened. Is that the case for anyone else? Since incorporating the following diet and exercise and beauty regimen changes, I’ve seen a significant improvement on the back of legs (barely noticeable cellulite) and some improvement on my stomach.

Diet Changes:
-Count calories and keep to roughly 1500-1700 calories a day
-Cut down on fat, sugars, refined carbs, and sodium
-Cut down on alcohol
-Cut down on caffeine
-Eat 5 times a day (3 meals, 2 snacks)

Exercise Changes:
-At least two 30-45 minute cardio sessions a week
-At least two 45 minute weight-lifting sessions a week
-Walking my dog for about half an hour at least 3 times a week

Beauty Regimen Changes:
-Dry brushing once a day
-Applying Jergen’s Skin Firming lotion twice a day

I think that for me to really get rid of the cellulite on my stomach, I’m going to have to keep up with all these changes for a few more months. Seems like the only way to really get rid of cellulite is to get rid of body fat! The other stuff helps too, but my guess is that the most significant factors are diet and exercise.
