2. Grab your sneakers – Walk, jog, or run as often as possible. Physical activities done on a regular basis are inexpensive ways to get rid of cellulite. Walking, jogging and running are three of the cheapest ways around to burn extra calories, reduce body fat and get rid of cellulite. If it’s been years since you’ve exercised, you should begin to see results with as little as 15 minutes of walking per day. As your endurance increases, build your exercise time slowly until you reach 30 minutes of aerobic activity each day.
