2. Take a break from the junk food for awhile. Every time you consume junk food — whether it be fast food, twinkies, ding-dongs, and/or any other sugar-ladened, processed foods — you are, in a sense, feeding the cellulite in your body. These substances (which are filled with toxins, fats, and thousands of calories) only make your cellulite butt problem worse.

3. Do 30-40 minutes of exercising each day. Doesn’t matter if it’s running, jogging, swimming, biking, squat thrusts, sit-ups, etc. so long as your body is active, cellulite will be burned off. It’s important to keep in mind that exercise does not guarantee cellulite removal — it is merely one of the building blocks needed.

4. Apply cellulite reduction lotions to the skin. Doesn’t get much easier than cellulite lotions, as all you have to do is apply it to your hind-quarters and massage it in thoroughly — that’s it. Important tip: be sure to get a lotion that can actually helps to reduce cellulite.

Having a cellulite butt doesn’t have to be the end of the world. In fact, it can make for a whole new beginning — one in which you take better care of yourself and your skin!
