postheadericon The Main Causes of Cellulite

Cellulite is a word which evokes negative emotions in every modern woman. Statistics says that over 85% of females over 20-25 have his problem, which kills their female beauty and does not allow a woman to feel confident when she is wearing a shirt skirt or a swimming suite. That is why more and more ladies prefer wearing tight clothes and high heels, trying to divert attention from their problem. Unfortunately, such women do not know that by wearing tight clothes way they slow down their blood circulation an make their cellulite problem even worse.

First of all, it is necessary to remember hat some girls are destined to have cellulite since heredity plays an important role in developing this problem. The first signs of cellulite can appear in 14-16-year-old girls, and as blood flow and metabolism slows down with age, orange peel effect becomes more and more visible. Very frequently, cellulite starts appearing in young moms or women who use birth control pills, because their body can not manage with increased levels of estrogen. Also, very often cellulite accompanies our sedentary life-style, because lack of physical activities brings to fat accumulation in upper layers of our skin, resulting in those ugly dimples and bumps.

Other causes of cellulite include such factors, as poor diet or bad eating habits: irregular nutrition, eating too spicy, fatty or junk foods, and so on. Sometimes cellulite can be caused by insufficient water intake since good amounts of water are necessary for supporting proper chemical balance in our body and detoxification. Smoking causes the narrowing of the blood vessels that leads to problems with blood circulation and fat accumulation in various areas of our body. Finally, using certain medications (such as weight loss pills, antidepressants, sleeping pills and so on) can also affect normal chemical processes in our body and cause such abnormalities as orange peel effect.

Unfortunately, there is no effective criterion which would work for finding out who can develop cellulite and why. Moreover, there is no miraculous cure for this problem. However, there are many various techniques and therapies that can assist in cellulite prevention, reduction and, possibly, elimination. Those include, first of all, necessary changes in the life-style, doing special anti-cellulite exercises, eating a healthy diet, giving up smoking and getting rid of other bad habits, drinking a lot of water and being always optimistic. If you have chosen a good extensive anti-cellulite strategy, which can help you eliminate not only the external signs, but also the causes of cellulite, you will definitely be a winner in the battle against this problem!
