The Scala Bio-Fir Underpants Melt Cellulite Away
The idea behind this product is that it solves the problem by tacking it at its core, unlike the myriad of creams and lotions now available on the market. The Scala does it by means of crystals found in the fabric of the underpants, which heat up when they enter in contact with the skin, thus accelerating the metabolism of the cells and literally melting fat away. Studies have reportedly shown that four-fifths of the women who have used them for the specified period of 30 days have reported “significant reduction” in cellulite on the derriere, back of the thighs and abdomen.
“Between 80 and 90 percent of women have cellulite somewhere on their body which is why there is such a huge market for potions and lotions in the category. We are approached very regularly with products promising the kind of results women want, but which haven’t stood up to scrutiny. This is where Scala’s range is different – it does exactly what it says on the tin. The technology is held within the fabric of the product so the anti-cellulite properties remain intact for the lifetime of the garment, withstanding countless washes.” Helen Spencer of John Lewis says for the aforementioned publication.
The results following a 30-day “treatment” with the underpants are supposed to last up to a year – possibly even longer, depending on the case. However, if cellulite does return after that, women should start another 30-day treatment, while also being urged to stick to a healthy diet and regular exercise to prevent it from forming in the first place.
According to the Mail, The Scala underpants work in a very simple way, albeit there still are some doubts as regards their efficiency, at least related to the degree hailed by the manufacturers. “The pants contain crystals in the fabric that emit infrared rays once they come into contact with the skin. These rays heat up the skin and increase the metabolism of the cells. This increases the blood flow in the skin, which, in turn, causes the fat layers that make up cellulite to be melted down into a liquid. The liquid is transported to the liver and kidneys, and excreted.” the publication says of the new, seemingly revolutionary product.
