The primary cellulite exercises you’ll want to focus on are muscle building moves. Now, I know from experience that these are not fun to do. In fact, I would rather do almost anything else than heavy lifting with my legs and lower body. You may feel different and find that you enjoy them – I sincerely hope you do because it will make reducing cellulite much easier.

Muscle building exercises for the lower body can be done at home or using equipment at the gym. Personally, because I dislike these exercises so much, I find the gym to be a bit more pleasant.
