Cellulite is a result of the way womens fat cells are designed. Exercises will not change that design.

Before I get into exactly how to smooth out your skin and get rid of your cellulite once and for all we need to cover a few things first.

Where you gain fat is predetermined mainly by your genetics.

Some people gain weight in their stomach. Some people gain weight in their hips, butt and thighs, etc.

Diet and exercise will not change that (with very few exceptions that we wont get into here.)

Because of this fact, there is no way to spot reduce. What does spot reduce mean?

Basically it means you can’t do a bunch of situps to shrink your stomach. Or a bunch of lunges or squats to burn fat off your legs.

Fat either increases in your body or decreases, and the way that it does it won’t change because of the exercises you do.

So if you want to lose weight in your legs, you may end up losing weight in your upper half before your body starts letting go of the stuff on your lower half. That’s just a fact.

Eventually, if you try hard enough and long enough, and you’re lucky you’ll lose enough fat to where your cellulite will look like it’s gone away. But some people lose the genetic battle and even when they’re really lean they still can’t shake their cellulite, and their legs can still be skinny but still really bumpy and full of dimples.

Why does this happen? It’s simply the way that women’s fat cells are designed. There are 2 factors at play here.

1.) Women’s fat cells are more honey comb shaped and don’t always stack together perfectly. 2.) Women’s upper layer of skin is a little thinner than men’s and also less fibrous.

This combination means that if there are fat cells that don’t stack perfectly, then the thinner less fiburous skin shows those imperfections and they “pop” through and have an “orange peel” look, which is the main cause of cellulite. This can happen almost no matter how much fat or how little fat you have. It’s simply a matter of the way your constructed. And the reason why men don’t get cellulite.

The good news is that you can basically reorganize the way your fat cells are stacking, or you can help flatten them out. And when combined with adding a bit more structure to your skin, you can virtually eliminate your cellulite. And quickly.
